Delivery Schedule – We will endeavour to deliver your goods as per our delivery schedule. However, if this is not possible we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to let you know of the earliest delivery date. We will guarantee delivery within 28 business days of your order.
Returns Policy – A full refund will be made including the cost of delivery in the event of any dissatisfaction you may have with any of our products. A full refund will also be made should your delivery arrive late or be lost.
Complaints Policy – To report any complaint or to provide feedback on any customer service issue please contact our customer services team at the address above. We take complaints very seriously and we will do our upmost to rectify your complaint.
Data Protection Policy – the information you supply to us as a customer in order for us to process and deliver your order will be kept by us on a secure database. This information will never be supplied to third parties. We may use your contact details to e-mail you from time to time regarding special offers and events but you may remove yourself from this mailing list at any time by emailing unsubscribe@ballathiegoodfood.com
Pricing Policy - We maintain a competitive pricing policy. Prices of goods stated on the web site may be subject to changes without any liability on the part of Ballathie Estates. In such a case we will make you aware of this as soon as reasonably practicable and a full refund will be given, if required.
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods together with delivery charges. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Title of all goods supplied shall rest with the company until payment has been received in full.
V.A.T. – There is no V.A.T. on food so all orders are V.A.T. free or VAT will be charged at the UK prevailing rate.
